The many CystadropsCare services are provided to you directly by Recordati Rare Diseases, the maker of CYSTADROPS, or through the specialty pharmacy Anovo, which dispenses CYSTADROPS.

ACCESS TO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

We are committed to making CYSTADROPS affordable and accessible. Comprehensive financial assistance for CYSTADROPS includes $0 copay for eligible patients with commercial insurance.

If your insurance company or financial situation changes, affecting your ability to pay for CYSTADROPS, you should contact Anovo. Anovo will be happy to work with a new insurance provider or help determine if you qualify for assistance in paying for CYSTADROPS.

A patient assistance program is available for eligible uninsured or underinsured patients.

DEDICATED PRESCRIPTION SUPPORT, COORDINATION, AND DISPENSING

The team at Anovo is committed to getting CYSTADROPS to you when you need it. Not only will the team help with financial access issues, but they will also:

  • Send your medicine directly to your home (overnight FedEx delivery).
  • Help you understand how to assemble the CYSTADROPS dropper and administer CYSTADROPS.
  • Contact your doctor to renew your prescription when it expires.
  • Remind you about your refills.
  • Coordinate with your insurance company and doctor’s office.
  • It is important to return all calls from Anovo so that you will get CYSTADROPS when you need it.

PATIENT LIAISON (PL) PROGRAM

A Patient Liaison, or PL, can provide one-on-one personalized support to people using CYSTADROPS and their caregivers:*

  • Providing education about cystinosis and how it affects your eyes.
  • Helping you prepare for doctor appointments.
  • Answering your questions about CYSTADROPS, including questions about preparing, administering, and storing CYSTADROPS.
  • Connecting you to cystinosis resources.
  • Providing PL program services in Spanish, if requested.
